We are currently specializing only in clients who are using QuickBooks Online, or who want to start using QuickBooks Online. We are not currently working with clients using QuickBooks Desktop.
QuickBooks Setup or Cleanup
We’ll get you up and running! Includes:
- Review current bookkeeping for accuracy
- Review setup for business structure, sales recording, contractor compliance, etc.
- Create/update your chart of accounts
- Catch up/clean up bookkeeping for prior months
- Create customized templates for invoices, purchase orders, and financial reports
- Establish custom bookkeeping workflows and processes that work for you
- Optional: Train you and your staff on new processes
Essential Monthly Bookkeeping
Get accurate books delivered each month on the dot. Custom package may include:
- Categorize and match bank feeds in QuickBooks Online
- Record deposits, assets, and owner draws/contributions
- Bank Statement Reconciliation
- Financial Reports
- Contractor compliance (W9s/1099s)
- Payroll processing including quarterly/annual tax returns and remittances
- Employee expense reports & reimbursements

- Advise and implement software for payroll, receipt management, POS/e-commerce integrations, etc.

- Advanced financial reports, KPIs, and cash flow forecasts
- Review your systems and offer financial best practices
Our Process
We start with a free consultation to learn more about your business and how we can help. If you’d like to move forward, the next step is for us to complete a free diagnostic review of your QuickBooks Online file (if you’re an existing QuickBooks Online user). This helps us determine if any cleanup/catch up is needed and create a custom pricing proposal for you.
If you’d like to continue to work together, we’ll send over an engagement letter for you to sign electronically, along with billing info and a list of the details we need to get started on your file.
We’ll make the process easy and seamless, so you can focus on running your business every month while we take care of your books.
