QuickBooks Online – how to add SimpleBooks LLC as an Accountant User

In order for me to access your QuickBooks Online file, please add me as your accountant. Reviewing your QuickBooks will help me understand what your bookkeeping looks like, and will help me give you accurate pricing.

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click the Gear icon in the upper right, then Manage users.
  3. Click the Accounting firms tab.
  4. Select Invite.
  5. Enter my information and click Save.
  6. My email address is [email protected]
  7. Note that the address is .cloud, not .com.

QuickBooks will email me with an invitation to access your books.

If we decide to work together, you can keep me in your QuickBooks file and this will give me access to your books and the special accountant tools I will use in QuickBooks. However, if you decide to go a different direction, there is no obligation to use my services and can remove me at any time.
